JPHLAW confirm Proceedings have been issued in the High Court to compel a landowner to comply with a development license agreement with a building developer.
The landowner has refused to sign documents to facilitate sale of houses in the development and consequently an order has been sought from the High Court to compel his compliance with the agreement
